June Media Bias Chart for TV/Video Features 67 Sources, 8 of Them for the First Time

Disagree with our ratings (that’s OK!) or think we make them up? (We don’t!)

Ad Fontes Media has released its June Media Bias Chart® for TV/video sources. This month’s chart features 67 of the more than 600 programs our analysts have rated, including eight shows appearing on the chart for the first time.

Don’t see your favorite show on the chart? That doesn’t mean we haven’t rated it! It’s impossible to show the logos of 600 different programs in one image — they overlap each other and the result is a completely unreadable chart. That’s why we choose a sample to feature each month.

If you want to check our ratings on more TV/video sources, you can access a selection of them for free on the Interactive Media Bias Chart® on our website. Or, you can search all sources we’ve rated on the free Media Bias Chart app, available for iPhone and Android. Daily search limits apply.

We hear from many people who disagree with our ratings of particular shows, or who think the entire chart should shift to the right (or to the left). That’s valid criticism from a wide array of people with different TV/video viewing habits. You don’t have to agree with us. We’re committed to following our methodology when rating sources and determining their placement on the chart. Want to know how we do it? Find out here.

Occasionally we hear from folks who think we arbitrarily place shows on the chart and don’t actually watch them at all. I assure you — we do watch them! In fact, at least three people simultaneously watch each episode we rate — one analyst who is left leaning politically, one who is right leaning and one who is center. To date, more than 3,300 episodes have been watched and rated by our fantastic analysts. (Who are they? Find out here.)

If you’d like to see a list of the 67 sources included on the TV/video static chart this month, it’s on our website. Here are the eight programs making their debut on the June chart:

  • CNN: Inside Politics with Dana Bash
  • CNN: The Chris Wallace Show
  • FOX 29 Philadelphia WTXF: The Six
  • Fox News: The Big Weekend Show
  • Newsmax: Newsline
  • Real America’s Voice: Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec
  • TYT Sports (YouTube)
  • Weather Channel TV Network

When you add in our web/print and podcast/audio ratings, our analysts have fully rated over 3,950 sources, with commercial data on over 10,900 sources. Become a subscriber to have additional access to our data!
